  Had the most amazing experience at this facility. My situation was complicated and rather than turning me away Leo did everything he could think of to help me. The location is clean and do not have that storage facility smell. They are well accommodating, they have a parking lot and most of all they have a garage where you can simply pull in and unload. They also have a state of the art security system that is better than all their competitors. I am extremely happy that i have switched from TSI to this facility best decision i have made.

  Leo was an amazing representative. He deserves to be a manager honestly with the time he takes and the thoroughness. He is patient and gives great attention to detail, honest and listens. He knows exactly how customer service should be.. any establishment should be very proud to have more employees like Leo.

  So pleased with this experience. This was our second stop in what was supposed to be a 3 stop storage unit tour. We never made it to the third stop after we met Amanda at Extra Space Storage. The facility was so nice and clean and the prices were less than half of the first place we visited. We toured the units and the best part was we were able to reserve a unit for the following week without putting any money down or starting our lease til we moved in!
  They go above and beyond and Amanda was awesome! Definitely recommend ????????????????

  Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sheniqua at Extra Space Storage. Her customer service was impeccable; although there were two customers in front of me that she was assisting she made me feel welcomed and acknowledged throughout my wait time. She has impeccable multitasking skills. She was real knowledgeable of the type of storage space for my needs which made me feel very confident in using that facility to store my items. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store at a reasonable price. The storage space is very clean as well.

  Beautiful, clean space with very professional and kind staff. Clearly good security and management was very helpful with my concerns. Highly recommend!
