Dan is super knowledgeable, patient and competent. In just a few short sessions I have noticed once chronic aches/pains dissipate or disappear completely. He prescribed a few short daily mobility drills and I am already seeing gains in my range of motion and strength.

Dan is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and willing to meet you where you’re at. He got my hip/butt/hamstring/whole messed up left leg back to full function in one session, and consistently followed up with my progress. Very smart on mobility/movement related issues.

I approached Dan with goal of creating a strength and conditioning program that could form a solid base of strength and durability for all of my outdoor multi-sport pursuits (primarily climbing and trail running). Dan took the time to understand the unique demands of my sports and my schedule and crafted a progressive program that fit seamlessly within my existing training and general life demands. Regardless of your fitness background, experience, or goals, Dan will meet you were your at and work with you to make you a healthier, stronger, more balanced athlete.

I have worked with numerous trainers throughout the years and Dan is by far one of the best instructors out there. He has such a wide range of knowledge when it comes to injuries and when it comes to targeting specific muscles to strengthen in order to fully recover. Dan takes the time to not only examine your strengthens and struggles but he also incorporates a holistic approach to his training. He has the perfect combination of motivating his clients as well as empowering them to push their limits. I have had chronic knee issues after ACL reconstruction and it was effecting my climbing. Dan has guided me through workouts to help activate certain muscles to reduce my knee pain and to help with my hip flexibility to reach knew levels in my climbing. Lastly Dan is trained with KT tape which has drastically improved my knee inflammation. Whenever I have issues he is the first person I contact to help me stretch, strengthen and overcome any sort of physical challenge.

After spending time with Dan in the gym I have progressed greatly on the wall. I don't think climbers understand how important it is to improve range of motion to do more difficult moves. Dan is an excellent instructor and highly knowledgeable of FRC. What I appreciate most from working with Dan is him taking the time to hear what I was having trouble with while climbing and him implementing that in his training
