Chris is the ultimate professional! My wife and I are first time buyers and we’re pretty clueless in regards to real estate, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We’re buying a condo that was built in the 70s, so it’s got a little extra character in certain places that we had concerns about. Chris was outstandingly knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He checked every nook and cranny and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He pointed out some concerns that I would have never thought to check, regarding the way the electrical wires were hooked up and the Ivy crawling up the side of the unit next to us. We definitely felt much more confident and comfortable after his inspection.
