If you want the details, keep reading! I have been seeing Dr. Rubin for 6 years. I suffer from neck injuries. I’be had trigger point injections and nerve blocks with other pain doctors with no luck. I was referred to Dr. Rubin and with one visit and treatment I felt pain relief for the first time in years! My quality of life has significantly improved since my first appointment with him. I’ve had trigger point injections and cervical nerve blocks. I see him once maybe every year or so and I’m pretty much good to go for another year or so!

My most recent visit to Dr. Rubin was for help with my frozen shoulder. I had been suffering for over 6 months and had seen one specialist after another with no luck. Hoping I could get the same relief I get with my neck, I reached out to Dr. Rubin. Scheduling was quick and easy. Liz and team were beyond helpful, as if they could feel my own pain, worked to quickly get me in to see Dr. Rubin around my schedule. When I got to his office I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable.

The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, I only waited a few minutes before being called in for my appointment.

Dr. Rubin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my pain history with my shoulder. He was empathetic and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for me. He thoroughly explained the different treatment options available to me, discussing the potential benefits and risks of each. He made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to help alleviate my pain. I was scheduled for a nerve block that same week.

The treatment I received was top-notch. I was extremely nervous upon arrival for the procedure but Dr Rubin put me at ease. The staff was efficient and professional, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Rubin talked me through the entire procedure and it was done before I knew it.

What impressed me the most was the follow-up care provided by the doctor and their team. This level of personalized attention made me feel valued as a patient and gave me peace of mind knowing that I was in good hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Rubin for anyone seeking help with pain management. The staff's compassion, expertise, and dedication to patient care are truly commendable. One week after my procedure I have experienced significant improvement and pain relief, and I am so grateful for their exceptional service.

I have had 7 spinal fusions with 4 of them in the last 6 months. It was hell and then I went to 2 pain management Drs with no relief. I was then recommended to see Dr.Rubin and right away I knew I found the right Dr.
He reviewed all my MRIs, CT Scans and X-rays before our appointment and went through what he sees and what he would recommend. I felt very comfortable with him right from the start. I am fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Rubin and all of his staff are phenomenal health providers. I've been a patient here for over 10 years and I've always gotten the best care possiboe. I never feel rushed; they listen to your needs and concerns.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Rubin’s and I am extremely satisfied with his services. He is a patient and compassionate physician who makes you feel heard and understood. Unfortunately, I have a degenerative condition, but Dr. Rubin and Dr. Kathleen’s utmost concern is to keep me at a manageable pain level or better. With the current shortage of meds, the staff has gone over and beyond the call of duty to find pharmacies that can supply my meds as well as juggle substitutions. Someone can be reached at all times via text messages and a doctor returns your calls in a timely fashion. I am extremely satisfied with the doctors and the entire courteous and sympathetic staff. I recommend Dr. Rubin and his staff without reservations.

Dr Rubin has changed my life. My first visit he looked at all the MRIs and X-rays and made a plan and it’s working .The injections he provides are painless. His office is always helpful when they answer your questions or they will get back to you almost immediately if needed. Dr Kathleen Ciarletta is also excellent she listens and will be thorough.
