We started our search for cars at Potamkin to see the Hyundai Venue. We knew we weren’t going to buy that day but wanted to see how we liked it. They didn’t have that car on their lot but Darren was so polite and informative that we knew we wanted to purchase from them in the future. A few days ago we got a call about the exact car we wanted but in a different color. We decided to test drive it and we fell in love with it and the color at the last minute. We never felt pressured during this process to buy a car even when we went in to talk numbers. Darren made our first car purchase so smooth, easy and stress free. We love this car and would recommend any customer to them.

First, I would like to say the Sales & Finance Team at Potamkin are an OUTSTANDING group of automotive professionals!! We had the pleasure of working with Danielle H., Nigel M. & Roxanne C. We called around 430pm on 06/01/22, stated that we needed a car, went online, picked it out and headed there. The car was already parked and ready. We were greeted by Danielle (who by the way is absolutely AMAZING!) and from there everything was taken care of in roughly 90mins-the trade, financing and a deal on the table. Fast, fun & easy! Can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this team. No high pressure sales tactics, they truly want to make sure you are satisfied and that your needs are taken care of....a far cry from what we had experienced at other dealerships that day! They also have a very impressive selection of vehicles to chose from. We were so impressed that our daughter is now working with them on her first car. I went to Potamkin Hyundai after work last week, in hopes to see some cars that I had seen online. I was set up with Michael Shoar as my sales rep and he was great. He was given a budget and what cars I would potentially be looking at prior to my arrival and pulled keys for cars in that range. Working with him was easy, I was able to tell him what I liked and didn't like and not once did he try to pressure me into looking at something out of my range. Once I did test drive a car, he showed me different features of the car that i didn't know were available. Regardless of me coming at the end of the day, they stayed open until my paperwork on my sale was complete. Overall it was a great experience at Potamkin, everyone I encountered was so kind and genuinely happy for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Michael to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. :)

Potamkin Hyundai, Stone Mountain was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I have purchased many vehicles over the past 50+ years and I must say that this dealership experience was so hassle free and caring that I kept wanting to ask "Ok, where is the catch?".
Our sales representative Amberly Thomas was a "genie-in-a-bottle". She knew everything about the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Unlimited that we were interested in and she shared her knowledge so happily. Even our test drive, was very impressive how she drove the car first, so she could show-off all the wonderful features of the car along the way. Answering all our questions and demonstrating them to us. She then stopped the car and let us get behind the wheel for our own hands-on testing. Because she had driven first and demo the car, it was a lot easier for me to understand what I was doing.
(This was so unlike the previous dealer I went to a week before trying to buy a similar car and they knew nothing about the car. I had to be telling them what I had researched.)
Amberly was a master of the product she was selling and she was very patient, kind and understanding and she wasn't rushing us to make a decision.
My wife and I felt that we could leave at anytime without feeling pressured to buy then. My wife was so impressed at the professionalism shown that we decided to buy the black 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Unlimited from her. We have all praises for the Potamkin team players. They really worked as a team.
