SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place Garden City

  We have stayed at this SpringHill Suites twice and probably will stay there again at some point when visiting Long Island. This location is representative of the chain, a decent night's sleep but nothing to gush about. The breakfast is free and OK but not great, not as good as other SpringHills where we have stayed. The neighborhood also is not great but not threatening, either. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a short drive and sufficient free parking. The desk staff were friendly and competent.

  Rooms are small but very modern! Gym is clean and has a good amount of equipment. Pool is very small. Breakfast is not the best but there is enough variety where you will not go hungry. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly!

  We have stayed here a number of times the last few years. Most of the staff have been the same and are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and up to date.

  My room was a suite with a king size bed. The room was clean, modern and inviting. I arrived late at night. The lobby of the hotel is modern and comforting. The receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. Check in was simple. Breakfast was free from 0700-1000. The location is walking distance to restaurants and stores.

  The hotel was easy to get to. Plenty of parking and the front desk was very helpful. Got a single bed room which was really nice, clean, and a lot bigger than I expected. Bathroom was clean and organized. Only complaint would be that TV placement. Feels like it was put in as an after thought. Otherwise great hotel.
