(January 23, 2023, 5:35 pm)From the moment I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Kim, who answered the phone in such a happy upbeat way, I knew at that moment this was going to be great experience . And I was right. I’m always a little nervous going to a new doctor for the first time. That all changed for me today.
Met with Dr. Gallagher, who right from the start wanted to know what my concerns were, I knew he was listening as I was talking to him , for me that’s a huge important piece of meeting a new doctor. He then proceeded to do an exam and as his was doing the exam he took the time to explain in a very detailed fashion what his findings were. And kept reassuring me that it would all be OK. And I knew in that moment I trusted him.
I feel extremely blessed to have met Dr. Gallagher and his staff today .
I know going forward I am in good hands.
It’s rare you find a doctor that actually cares about his patience as much as Dr.Gallagher does .
Thank you Dr. Gallagher and your team for caring as much as you do.
