  Really nice park with well maintained trails. They also have a playground for little kids, and a small zoo with rescued birds like owls and hawks.
  There is a little island on the pond with a crafted wooden table and chairs, great place for self reflecting and meditation ????.
  And you can bring your dogs there, which is awesome, ours really loved the trails.
  And did I mention it's free? ????

  Such a nice escape from the city. An interesting assortment of trees. Would be a great place for a small wedding. It was nice to walk around for a few hours, see the super tall trees, learn a bit, see the small lakes... if you can stay still for a while you might see some wildlife. They have a children's garden with occasional activities. Visitors center with a small classroom and public restrooms. You can look at the birds they have rescued. It's free, but you can leave a donation. Great place if you like to take pictures of nature.

  Awesome all the time. The children habitat is a great for the kids...Would like to come back often.

  Beautiful park in the middle of Long Island's Gold Coast. One of the few public spaces you can bring your dog.

  The childrens habitat is a great area for the children to run around and play. Just be careful about the slide since it's not suitable for kids 5 and younger (the climb is too steep).
