Had Nicole as my instructor . She was knowledgeable and attentive to each student- Adjusting my alignement and helping me build the correct posture here and there ... .making the class a very therapeutic one .-
The studio was super clean . Easy to use lockers and showers .And oh - loved the music in there very soothing , yet uplifting ... .
Overall, a great experience. Five stars & plus . With a big smile .
(June 20, 2019, 6:46 pm)Beautiful, clean studio with amazing instructors. My first experience with Flex and pilates reformers did not disappoint. It was an intense workout and now I can't wait to try the TRX classes!
(January 15, 2019, 12:17 pm)I've now taken all 3 workout options at Flex Woodbury - each time has been fun and challenging! The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help correct my form. Bonus that the space is SO BEAUTIFUL!
(January 4, 2019, 6:58 pm)This workout is amazing! I’ve gone in the city and now in Woodbury, and the instructors are awesome and the space is gorgeous. Best of all, I felt sore in brand new places after TRX. Headed back this weekend!
