(February 3, 2021, 7:08 am)I have suffered from chronic back pain for four years now. When I began training with Staci, I had lost hope as all the workouts I tried caused me more pain. Staci and Lee are both very knowledgeable and compassionate trainers, and I have definitely gotten stronger working with them. I often feel they are as in tune with my body’s needs as I am. During the pandemic they have offered training from home and I have found it to be both beneficial and convenient. I am grateful I found them!
