Dr. Richter has been our daughter’s pediatrician since she was born almost 9 years ago. He has helped us navigate various issues, not only related to our daughter’s physical health, but also our own concerns as new parents, what we should expect (and how can we support) in regards to her developmental and behavioral health, etc. He is thorough, holistic, and empowers not only the parents but the child during the visits We have never felt rushed out of the room, and after the visit he follows up via the portal and responds promptly to patient portal messages (within a day or so, those are not for emergencies). The office staff is capable and attentive, you can get appointments for sick visits within the same day and wait times are short. They have an on-call doctor 24/7 for evening emergencies. We feel so blessed to have such an amazing pediatrician in Dr. Richter to support and guide us through our parenting journey. We have also seen Dr. Hamlet during emergencies and she is also excellent, caring and highly competent. I wholeheartedly recommend Hudson Heights Pediatrics.

My daughter has been going to here since she was 2 days old, she is now 6 years old. We travel from Brooklyn!!!! Dr. Jessica Wang has been her pediatrician and I love that any questions you have she is available for you. Dr. Ritcher is running an amazing practice. Every doctor in this practice is caring, knowledgeable, and great with kids. They're quick to respond through the patient portal and it's easy to get an appointment when one of our kids are sick. They also don't tolerate anti-science, anti-vaccination parenting. Wins across the board.

The doctors here are thorough and have been there every step of the way for our soon to be 1-year old. We brought him there at 4 days for a weight check, brought him back the next day, then only for well visits until he had hand foot and mouth disease at 9 months.

The staff and nurses are equally warm and friendly and treat our son as well as could be. Thank you HHP.

Hudson Heights Pediatrics is THE place to go when looking for the practice that will take the best possible care of your child. We chose HHP because they are compassionate, professional, highly skilled, great diagnosticans, update all their medical records electronically and they never once disapoint! Their front office help (shoutout to Sam) is always on their game and assists with scheduling, insurance, emailing etc.

We primarily have been using Dr Richter and he is compassionate, has the patience of a saint and explains everything in a way that parents and children can understand. He is highly skilled and an excellent diagnositician. He has held our hand in every step of the journey through the difficult times and the "first times". It is rare to find a dedicated and compassionate doctor like him today. We feel blessed.

On several occasions we have also used Dr Wang and likewise we feel she too is compassionate, sensitive, caring and very reassuring! She also educates parents and is great with kids as well. We have not yet had the chance to use other doctors in this practice but I am sure they will not disapoint.
