  I'm so glad we went with NYKB for our kitchen and floor remodel. My wife and I purchased our first apartment in March and decided to update the kitchen and replace all the old wood floors in the apartment before moving in. NYKB came recommended from my wife's boss, and that put them over the edge as far as hiring them.
  
  They demoed our old kitchen, removed soffits and outfitted the kitchen for new cabinets. They demoed our old wood floor and installed the new beautiful wood flooring. Then after our cabinets and counters were installed, they assisted us with our appliance outfitting. As with any home renovation project, there are snags and problems along the way, and they worked through them with ease.
  
  I've heard so many horror stories of people having nightmare experiences with contractors during home renovation projects, but I can safely say you won't with NYKB. Do your research and read the reviews - and hire NYKB for your next project. We will be having them back to do our bathrooms here in the next year or so.

  NYKB is a high end renovation company that I chose for a kitchen and bath project on my apartment. I bought my apartment 40 years ago and it needed a major renovation. I did a fair amount of due diligence before selecting them for my project. They were by far the most responsive of the firms that I met with. They were willing to meet in my apartment within a few days. We met in my apartment; discussed the project and then met in their offices a few days later to view computer generated ideas of what the finished project would look like. Selecting them for the renovation was a great decision. They have a fantastic staff that helped transform an aging apartment into a beautiful modern apartment. They handled the approval process with my building’s board, assigned a designer and project manager to work with me throughout the project and made useful suggestions throughout the project with ideas that improved the project. These ideas included new floors, new heating system and major electrical/lighting upgrades. By the end of the project, they had transformed an old apartment into a beautiful modern apartment. Buying the apartment 40 years ago was a wonderful decision and upgrading the apartment with NYKB was a similar experience/decision.
  Special thanks to Sarah (designer), Michael (project manager), Victor (handled a lot of the construction), and Perry (head of the firm). I appreciate your efforts and I am grateful for your help designing and transforming my apartment into a beautiful modern apartment.

  I needed to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms in my Brooklyn apt and I had no prior experience with it. I’ve heard so many horror stories of people dealing with bad contractors so I was very careful with choosing the right contractor. My 2 brothers were also looking to remodel their apartment at the same time so we all got our free consultation from NYKB. We ended up all signing with NYKB because they gave us a concession if we all sign with them together. I’m so happy I found NYKB as they did an amazing job. Michael was very patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (which I had a lot) and addressed all my concerns. NYKB team did a great quality job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. My brothers and I recommend NYKB to everyone.

  Michael, Kate, and their team are great! We have done many renovations from small to large all over the country, and they are the best team we have worked with. On the design side, I had a lot of ideas coming into the process, and Kate was able to incorporate and respond to my ideas while adding her expertise and creativity. It was a perfect balance.
  On the construction side, Michael is very knowledgeable and responsive. He always stays positive and really stands by his word and his work. Overall, their team had a wonderful vibe - they were always hard-working, reliable, friendly, and respectful of the space. They seemed to get along well and work well together, so everyone always seemed happy to be here, even though it is such hard work.
  There were some more significant surprises and additions along the way that did add to cost, but I never felt like we were nickel-and-dimed for every little change the way I have been by other contractors. Furthermore, my 2 brothers and I got a great deal to begin with because we all signed together at the same time.
  When we sprang a pipe leak a few months later, Michael rushed over to help repair it, and even though it was not in a pipe that they worked on, he ended up not charging us.
  That is above and beyond!

  NYKB is really the best! I have known them now for about 4 years, and the first time I worked with them was on renovation of my kitchen. That job was amazing from start to finish. They helped me design a kitchen that was more functional than what I had before, the materials were very high quality and the job was done on time with minimal disruption to my daily routine. And my new kitchen is gorgeous - easily the best thing I did that year.
  
  This year I used NYKB to replace my HVAC units and once again, Perry and team came through in a pinch. They were able to complete the job from start to finish in about a week, and the technician Alan was very thorough and meticulous, and of course professional.
  
  The team stands behind their work and will make any fixes that may arise even after installation. You can depend on NYKB as Perry and team are the ultimate professionals and will not let you down. I recommended them very highly and will continue to work with them on any other home projects I have going forward.
