(October 14, 2018, 3:52 pm)I have a Mazda 3 HB 2017. A month ago my brakes started to grind. I have lived in Rockaway Beach for a year and I didn’t know any mechanic. My neighbor recommended Bryan’s Auto. I went there spoke with Bryan himself and left my car for a repair. After an hour or so, Bryan calls me and tells me that something is not normal with my brakes and even though my warranty is expired I should take my car to the dealership and tell them that my mechanic (Bryan) told me that it’s not normal that my brakes are grinding after 4600 miles (that’s all what I drove in more than a year). The dealership didn’t agree in the beginning, but I kept telling them what Bryan told me and finally they decided to repair my brakes - free of charge !

(May 22, 2018, 4:09 pm)I was super impressed with the service I received at Bryan's Shop . Nobody wants to have to be at the mercy of their insurance company and body shop . Bryan's came highly recommended by my neighbors. Having had a bad experience at another local shop I was hesitant to trust anyone. From the moment I arrived at the shop I felt at ease . The woman in the office was friendly , easy to deal with and walked me through every step of the claims process . Bryan himself was hands on , personable and has great legs ! I was put in a Hertz rental car within 5 minutes and left my car in capable hands . I must say the process was not a bit stressful and my car came back looking amazing , it looked better then I expected . will continue to use the shop for both mechanical and body work . I was very happy
