  Great experience. Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Natalie was extremely knowledable and helpful. The mattress arrived the next day. The delivery/setup guys were terrific. Quick and efficient. HIghly recommended.

  Wonderful experience at Mattress Firm, Forest Hills. Natalie helped us find the perfect mattress for us. She understood exactly what we wanted, walked us through the options, and helped us score an unbeatable deal. Very pleasant and friendly experience and we walked away with exactly what we’ve been looking for.

  I always come to Mattress Firm on 11445 Queens Blvd. for all my mattress needs. Today I stopped by and I was assisted by Melissa (ending up purchasing 2 mattresses) and not too long ago I was helped by Edward (purchased 2 mattresses back in February). Both were extremely pleasant, patient and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and 100% sure about your purchase. Unlike other stores, they do not try to pressure you into buying something you don't want. Both of them took their time to explain the differences between mattresses, pros & cons, professional opinions regarding what type of mattress would best suit what you need. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a mattress to stop by and look for either Melissa or Edward. You will sleep wonderfully with their help.

  I didn’t know what to expect, but then I was greeted by S/R Edward. He demonstrated the different types of mattresses they had to offer, and was very thorough with any questions and concerns that me and my partner had. His charm and knowledge combined helped us make a critical decision. He emphasized the value of having good support and encouraged that we take our time to find the level comfort that best suits us. Edward waited patiently as me and my partner went back and forth on a decision. He was never pushy or annoying to begin with. He was kind, patient, and truly very helpful. If you’re in search of a mattress and don’t know where to begin, come to this store. I promise you that you will have a great service experience, and find exactly what you’re looking for.

  I would like to express the great service I received at the Mattress Firm Retail store in Forest Hills, Queens this week. The Sales rep Ms. Sharise
  Hobbs was excellent and professional. Not only was she pleasant and have great patience, Ms. Hobbs listened intensely to the details of my concerns in purchasing the proper mattress to fit my needs. I was able to ask her several questions about the different mattresses on display. Ms. Hobbs was very informative which helped me make the right decision to purchase the appropriate mattress for myself. She also assisted me with a great payment plan that suits my budget.
