Technician was dispatched to our home the same day we called for service. He was professional, informative, and personable. We had an infestation of ground wasps that where beyond DIY. Donning a bee suit, he dug up the nest and treated the area. He told us that there will still be some activity as the wasps out and about return to find the nest destroyed, but they should move on in a few days and to call if we still see activity in a week.

He communicated and came out extremely quickly, was incredibly efficient at dealing with the issue and was really reassuring, going above and beyond to put my mind at rest.
