    Hands down best personal trainer! First time on my fitness journey I’ve been this eager to get up and go work out because Mike is supportive. I saw major results in 4 weeks

    I’ve worked out with Mike since July 2021. He is a great trainer. He is accommodating to my crazy work schedule , professional, pushes me while still being patient and has great affordable prices. I also appreciate the meal plans he has given me and encourages me to use my fitness pal to keep count of my daily calories.. . If you are looking for a great trainer hit up Mike . 😊💪🏽✨

    I started out with Mike @whoafitness back in Sept./Oct. ‘21. We discussed what my goals were and what I wanted to change about my body. I told him I wanted to be snatched in a matter of weeks.He looked at me and laughed. He sat me down and took my measurements (boy oh boy)and took my before pictures.Mike has been super supportive of me and my endeavors. I can think back to a time when we had a 6AM session scheduled and I missed it due to me oversleeping. He proceeded to call me and give me the longest and most motivational talks I haven’t had in awhile. He made sure to remind me of the goals we had set in place. Even then he called me a 2nd time to tell me about myself.Accountability is a thing I admired/appreciated about Mike.I had weekly checkin with him. One of his infamous lines,”how’s the diet going?” A simple “good or bad” would’ve sufficed. Here I go telling him I cheated. I told him I had 2pcks of brownie lil bites and drove myself to Brooklyn to get turkey wings,mac and yams. Mike made sure he held me accountable by measuring me,and we discussed that I’d come in and work til I lost the weight I gained back. It hasn’t always been an easy journey plenty of times I thought about quitting but Mike was always there to pick me up. Lifting weights isn’t all about going to the gym embracing the journey to the goals you’re trying to reach. More importantly meeting people who will help and support me on my journey to success💪🏽.

    I recently started the BOOTCAMP 04/05/22 Monday-Friday from 9pm-10pm and I absolutely LOVE IT! First and foremost Mr. Mike is an amazing trainer. He incorporates mixed routines with cardio and strength training with weights. The routine are all manageable from beginner and more advance total body workout. He also provides great support and hospitality things you don’t always get with this type of service. He really cares and pushes you to your greatest potential. One thing I love about the services he others is assisting you with correcting your form. His prices are fair and great value definitely worth it. The other ladies I met at class are all so supportive and encouraging as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    I started working out with Mike From Whoafitness in late September 2021 and it has been nothing but a pleasure. I started out seeking a personal trainer for something other than my physical appearance. I needed to get my mental state back in order and wanted to work on my discipline skills. I started out working 3 days a week and now I'm a just about twice a day. During these last few months I was about to accomplish my goals. I'm in a way better Mental space. I no longer struggle with my laziness, procrastination, and my hesitation. Ultimately, I Look Good and Feel Great. My new goals now is working on my physical appearance by gain muscle mass and having a beach body by April. Mike is definitely highly recommended if you are looking for someone who will push and help you reach your goals.
