One of the best parts is the incredible community Coach Sebastian has built — he is motivating in a friendly and inspiring way. I have lost weight, become stronger, and gained a new network of friends (my “fit fam”) all thanks to The Pack! See you on the turf!

(September 19, 2019, 12:34 pm)Strongly recommend this class. The Pack is a HIIT style workout with great music, an intense pace and a great & friendly group of regulars. The routines are hard but not complicated which is what you want in a morning workout - you don't have to think a lot, just GO. Sebastian leads the workouts and is relentlessly inspiring, positive and fun. Also worth noting for parents: there is a playground directly adjacent and on weekends my wife and I trade off workouts and watching the kids during the two morning sessions. And it's OUTDOORS FACING THE MANHATTAN SKYLINE. A really awesome setting and way to start your day.
