  I am so grateful to Kenny Sattaur for helping me find my first home! I was in search of a home that most realtors told me doesn’t exist in NY or within my price point. From the first time I met Kenny he was always positive he would find me my home. As selective as I am he helped me find a home that fits all my requirements. What some said was an impossible task he was able to make it possible. He went over and beyond during the entire process to ensure I got my house. If you need a house I would highly recommend using Kenny and his team they will surely make it happen. Working with Kenny and Bibi was an amazing experiencing. I was kept up to date with every step and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion.He was a major advocate for me and now I am officially a homeowner. Thank you again Kenny and Bibi!!

  We were very pleased using Kenny Sattaur as our real estate broker in our recent purchase in Rosedale. Kenny guided us throughout the process and stayed in touch even after we moved into our home. When we moved in, we encounter a minor issue and Kenny step in and was able to resolve it in a timely manner.

  I reached out to Kenny directly when I had made the decision to sell my property. He stopped by within the next couple of days when we were able and by first weekend we had our first showing with a ton of interested parties. I was flabbergasted. He was able to put this out there and get that interest so soon. I should not have expected anything less. His assistant Bibi is always available to answer any questions during the process. She is a winner. I would say we had probably 4 showings at best, and we had an interested party. Listen to Kenny and his team, make yourself available to show the property, and believe me your property will be sold in no time. We put our place on the market end of September and by the first week of December we had closed. His other team member Charlie helped us secure a new place within the vicinity we needed. Bibi knew what I was looking for so she only sent us to view places which were appropriate. By the 3rd showing, we had found our new home. All around the best experience with a Real Estate Company EVER!
