Dr. Goldstein listens and speaks to you. He makes you feel comfortable. His staff is friendly and helpful. I have never waited a long time to see him. The appointments are on point. Lots of parking and tranquil setting.
I have been going to Doctor Goldstein for over 25 years . He has always listened to & addressed my concerns . He has helped me live with psoriatic arthritis. If you need a rheumatologist Dr Goldstein is the one you want to see. Now for the amazing staff . You are always greeted with a smile . If you have to leave a message, someone always calls you back within one business day. Thanks to Joanne the office manager & her wonderful staff, the office is run very well .
Dr Goldstein has been my Dr for over 15yrs. He's helped my psoriatic arthritis tremendously! He moved to South Ave not too long ago from Victory Blvd.
Issue here are the staff & contacting the Dr. You have to play phone tag and leave messages. Sometimes the Dr don't get your messages. There's rarely anyone answering a phone!
I have felt nothing but cared about with Dr Goldstein...caring, compassionate and truly able to listen to his patients. Thank you, Dr Goldstein. Just wish receptionist was more receptive. Making an appointment is a struggle. Very rarely a human voice on the other side and needs to stop talking adversely about whom she works for in front of patients. I'm hoping this part improves. Took me 4 calls to make an appt.
Update: New receptionist who answers the phone and is very pleasant. ?
I have been a patient of Dr Goldstein’s for approximately 20 years. I have many health issues and therefore, I see a lot of specialists. Dr Goldstein is without doubt the best. Aside for his expertise and great knowledge in his field, he listens to me. He never makes me feel like he’s rushing me to finish my sentence so that he can get the next patient in. Unfortunately, that has been my experience with so many other doctors. Dr Goldstein shows empathy which again is a trait that in my opinion is rare among doctors these days. When you’re feeling sick and going in and out of the hospital with various issues, caring, empathy and validation can do more for making you feel well then any medical procedure or medication. If you are considering making an appointment, do it. I promise, you will not regret it. ~Christina Panos
