  What a game changer this place has been for my 90 year old mom who suffers from dementia. From a point in time several months ago of complete hopelessness to her ongoing transformation and revitalization of today. I must credit the entire staff - as the real value of this home lies in them. Keep up the good work. Brian Kramer and family.

  Grandmother was transferred there from Nyack Hospital following a stroke. Very impressed with the rehab department. Skilled therapists with a personnable and warm touch. Although it's not a small facility, management and staff make you feel at home right away.

  My mother is a permanent resident of Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. She was previously a rehabilitation patient there and I could not be more pleased with the excellent care she has received. Michael, the owner, Josh, the administrator, the social, medical, front-desk and other staff members, are all attentive to the residents' needs and know everyone by name. The food is excellent and the educational, recreational and religious programs are top-notch. I feel grateful to have my Mom in such a well-respected facility with a 5-star NYS/Medicare rating which is well-deserved. Thank you to all who are involved with Mom's care.
