These guys are awesome. Basically, my car had lost power while on the palisades parkway late in the evening. Barely made it to an exit ramp, where I stayed in a parking lot overnight. Found these guys the next day, and they squeezed me in even though they had a full schedule (customers coming in and out all day). They made sure to get my car running at least to avoid being stranded another night so I can make my way home. Got me out of a jam. Knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and good-intentioned. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Very professional and very affordable! James is a really nice guy who's very knowledgeable in his profession. I made the mistake of first going to J&J auto off of Central, they were completely overpriced and a rip off in my opinion. I had James at Pearl River Automotive recommended to me by a local friend and have happily been a customer ever since!

This review is a "long" time coming. We have been taking our Jeeps and trailer to John and James at Pearl River Automotive for some 20 + years. We just have to say that they do " darn good work " ! They are phenomenal with vehicle knowledge. Their level of experience gives you the confidence that the job will be done to exacting measures. They work to get your vehicle back on the road quickly. They are just a great bunch of guys that are a pleasure to know !! If you want your vehicle fixed right, bring it to them !
