  Awesome service ... responsive, timely and friendly! I called 3 surveyors in the area and Leanne was the only one to call back. She was able to get our survey done ahead of schedule when she heard of our time crunch. We so appreciated the extra effort by this family team. Not to mention the beautiful survey with such detail ... almost down to each individual brick! Highly recommend them ... if you want a job done right and top-notch service with a smile!

  We highly recommend this company. We had contacted other survey companies though we were very dissatisfied. Thankfully, I discovered this company. Both William and Leeanne have been courteous, professional, and interested in doing anything to assist us. William and Leeanne work most efficiently--in fact, we still are awaiting our permit and they have been the only ones to provide responses quickly and have made us feel at ease during the several months of attempting to obtain it.

  Great service and on time, Leanne was able to get me in sooner than other survey companies and priced lower. This is the first time I am buying a house with all the overwhelming paper works and documents, there service was at ease and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

  I enjoyed my experience with this small, family operated, local operation. Their price is extremely competitive. They are extremely easy to get along with. They are honest, and show thorough communication.
  Williams survey was meticulous, precise, & easy to read.
