Brian was very nice & helpful. He immediately sent 2 of his men to not only replace the alternator but make sure the drivers batteries were charged for safe travels home. I would highly recommend & will use again. Thanks for the great service!

(September 26, 2021, 12:47 pm)We were 3 hours from home and blew out our run flat tire. We were 2 miles from the tire place and the tire started to shred. AAA couldn’t get anyone dispatched for over 2 hours so we called Pratow. He was there in 15 minutes. Life saver on. Sunday…and really nice guy.
