Free to walk around. Well maintained nature center.

Awesome place, even on a particularly cloudy day. So much to see. Nature centred Playground, extensive easy hiking trails, and did I mention geocaching. Plenty of parking, picnic areas, butterfly garden, so many sights and things to see I can’t list them all.
Great for adults and kids a like. It’s like a little slice of heaven away from busy roads, and busy life.
We all need a bit of fresh air like this once in a while,right😜😀

I’ve really come to love this place. We moved to the area in April and our apartment building doesn’t have much green space or place my toddler can safely run around in and this place has truly been a gem for us. Our toddler can walk, get some exercise, fresh air, play (at really cute playground) and experience some nature in just a 5 minute drive from us. Just a note for parents: the walkway in is not too stroller friendly, I’ve seen plenty moms do it, but it is a bit tricky. The trails are less stroller friendly.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Grounds were immaculate. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful day trip.
