Rich in Relationship

Richard is an amazing mentor, coach and compassionate person. It is difficult to describe how much positive impact on my life Richard has helped me achieve. He is wildly insightful, firm and really knows how to extract the best you that you can be.

My journey in business and life has greatly improved since working with him. My personal life along with my business dealings have become more fruitful and "Rich".

Would definitely recommend Rich. I did a 1:1 coaching program with him to help me with the relationships with my ex-husband and my two teenage girls all of which were challenging for me. He is a great listener, asks thought provoking questions, and challenged me to think about things differently. The relationship with my girls has greatly improved and I show up calmer with my ex.

My experience being coached by Richard was incredibly rewarding! First, I have worked with a variety of different coaches over the years, and the thing I appreciated right away was Richard’s ability to cut straight to the heart of the issue. My fiancé and I worked with Rich and he helped us build trust in our relationship after the trust was broken. Rich helped by helping us develop the skills to process our emotions, and build an action plan to move on. Rich is such a kind, personable, and caring person. From our first initial meeting, we knew we had to work with him. We are forever thankful for all that Rich has done for us, and are so looking forward to our wedding. I worked with Rich as my coach for 6 months and we focused specifically on my desire to return to dating. I'm widowed 15 years, and have dated some but wanted to get back into dating with more intentionality around what I wanted and expected. Rich not only helped me to become clear on what I wanted in a relationship, he helped me navigate the dating experience with three separate men. Being able to process my thoughts out loud with Rich reflecting my thoughts back to me and asking thought provoking questions was so helpful.
