I found NY Bariatric Group while doing some research into having bariatric surgery. I was on the fence about it for a while and decided to go for a consultation. I was nervous about going but when I first walked in the staff greeted me and were very attentive and sweet. I finally met with Dr. Sommer and he answered every question I had and went step by step with the process. If you are committed to the program he will be just as committed to you. I’m glad I found this group and decided to go on this journey with them in my corner.

I enjoy going to my monthly weigh ins, the staff is so friendly and courteous! My weigh ins are always very quick! The staff moves quickly to help expedite the appointments and whole process as much as they can.
