I have been a patient at this clinic since 1995. My Crown popped off on a Monday evening. I called the Dentist Office Tuesday afternoon. I was seen in the Dentist Office same day a couple hours later. Great Staff the moment you walk in. Front Desk: Karen and Venice. Dental Assistant: Stacy and Dr. LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey. My kids are 17 and 14 and have been to a few dentist. LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey is the best we have ever had! She has been our dentist for years now and would never go anywhere else. They are SO nice here! They have always been available for emergencies or just a check up. Never had to wait but maybe a couple of days for a last minute appointment. My kids love her and don't ever want to go anywhere else. Did I mention how nice and sweet the receptionists are in the front! I definitely recommend 10/10 LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey!!
my first time at Dr. Bailey's office (not as a patient but for shadowing after completing my dental assisting course prior.) I was particularly with Apolonia majority of the time. She is sweet, friendly and amazing!!! She was very honest and she obviously enjoys what she does. I spoke with a few of Dr. Bailey's patients and they had nothing but good words and also some encouragement. Venice and Karen were also very welcoming once I walked in. The whole office is like a family as the few assistants I spoke with (Apolonia and Stacey) have been there for over 15 years. I didn't get that "dread" feeling of the dentist out of any of the patients and I think that is what makes a dental office strong and succeed. Everyone seemed comfortable and you can tell each member of the staff including Dr. Bailey loves what they do and Dr. Bailey is exceptional! She is caring, very quick but thorough and precise with her work. Great experience!
