(September 16, 2021, 6:05 pm)Alamance Parks and Rec, specifically Cedarock Park in lower Alamance Co is fantastic. Cedarock has 500 acres full of several family friendly activities to choose from.

(August 25, 2021, 7:55 pm)This park is the same as cedar Rock Park in believe. I'm not sure why it comes up on the map twice. But we love going to cedar Rock, there are lots of nice areas, there are trails, picnic areas, etc. There are two disc golf courses too

(June 3, 2021, 6:35 pm)Specifically Cedarock Park, we LOVE IT! A wonderful little hidden gem in Alamance County. Frisbee golf; picnic shelters; playground; spots for volleyball; horseback trails; and beautiful, scenic walking trails along a man-made waterfall / dam, ... You'll swear you're in the NC Mts. at certain parts of the walking trails because of the massive rock formations. It also has a historic farmhouse and barn set-up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for young families. See if you can find "The Grey Giant", like we did on our last visit. ;-)
