This is the best place in Alamance County to go for rehabilitations. The people are just fantastic and work with you with ease. The facilities are very clean and inviting. The help is the best yet and the food is out of this world. GREAT PLACE!!!

I enjoyed working here, I worked here for almost 4 years. I really loved the residents! Thinking about going back to get my CNA's to work in memory care! That is my true passion!

Twin Lakes Community provides a safe and nurturing environment for our loved ones. Though in their 80s and 90s, they've made new friendships and explored their talents. Plus, with its convenience to shopping, the Elon, Greensboro and Chapel Hill arts scenes, and family, Twin Lakes is the perfect location for them to call Twin Lakes home.

My son was in Coble Health Care for 11 months. There are no words to describe how pleased I was with Twin Lakes, nursing and , their rehab program. When he entered he was unable to walk and had to have assistance for all of his daily activities. When he left, thanks to the wonderful nurses, Dr. Letvak, the CNA's, and the PT and OT Department, my son walked out with a walker to go to his home. I could not have asked for anyone to have been more compassionate, committed and helpful than all of the employees at Twin Lakes were in helping my son regain his independence. I recommend Twin Lakes every chance I get because of the excellent care they offer.
