(February 27, 2019, 4:58 pm)Simply put, if you're in the market for a car, walk into Honda of Concord and just ask for Jen (Baker). Full disclosure, Jen got us into our first lease at Honda... when she lived in NJ. Because we had such a wonderful experience with her previously, we decided to give her a call just to get some additional information on leases in general before my wife at I headed out to the local NJ dealerships. Not only was she able to answer our questions, but she offered to work with us again from NC and personally delivered the car to us up here in NJ! Talk about service! She was easily able to work within our budget & needs. Always attentive, phone calls were returned immediately. It was the most smooth painless experience we've had (yet again). Did I mention she personally delivered the car to us in NJ!?? Jen knows what's she's doing. She's the real deal. I can't say enough good things about her and our experience. Just ask for Jen!

He helped me get a real nice car very low miles and it was a 2016 which was not bad at all certified Honda made the buying experience so incredible no pressure within two hours I was done! I can't wait to go back to him again and buy another car!

(February 10, 2019, 11:51 pm)I had a great experience at Honda of Concord. My salesperson Damion Boomer did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect car. He is very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with what I wanted. I had some extra work done to my car. Jasmine did a wonderful job in setting everything up for me. She kept me updated with every step and made sure I was in the loop with what was going on. The ladies in the rental department were very nice as well. Overall, the staff of Honda of Concord made my car buying experience an excellent one.

(January 2, 2019, 11:22 am)I had a SUPER GOOD experience with Honda of Concord. I purchased a brand new car here. The sales person, Jim, was super cool, not pushy and knew all the answers to my questions. The process went faster than expected, no gimmicks for the entire process.
Fast forward 1 month later. I had to take my car in for service. The service person, Renee S was super great. She reassured me that she understood the problem and reassured me it would be addressed very quickly. Sure enough, the problem was resolved. I got my car back washed and ready to hit the road again.
I am super pleased on how Renee treated me in the service department. That is usually where I always ran into trouble at my old Hyundai dealership. All these great reviews are not fake, they just do that good of a job here
