Had some issues. Resolved.
*This incident happened late February of 2018, I couldn’t remember the shop name but have finally found it!* I came here on my way from Charlotte to Boone after I was hearing a horrible scraping sound; I had just gotten my oil changed at a Firestone in CLT and they didn’t put something back on right that was hanging down and dragging on the highway. I drove off the highway into Newton and saw this shop. Going to mechanics can be intimidating as a woman, especially when you have a problem. I had my dog with me and my car was fairly new to me so I was a little frazzled to say the least. But as soon as I arrived (unannounced, just showed up) a gentleman who’s name I wish I could remember promptly greeted me and after explaining what had happened, he pulled my car in right away and fixed the problem. Not only did he go out of his way to help me (and super quickly), but he physically wouldn’t take my money. Very pleased with the service I had here and if I lived closer this would be my go-to.
