A lot of times you will see employees trying to “wing their way through a consultation” - in our case I’ve stopped by this business several times looking at variances of products or checking to see what’s currently available… EVERYONE has been super friendly and knowledgeable…
Owner is genuinely focused on the designs people are attempting to accomplish.
He comes across as being highly invested & knowledgeable about each product and it’s performance / quality / durability etc…
Will be getting installation completed SOON - Bathroom & kitchen

(August 15, 2022, 4:44 pm)After a terrible experience with the countertop installation company that was contracted out by Lowe's, we were looking for a company that was easy to work with. Granite Works came the DAY after we initially called them and performed the installation one week later! I just walked around the lot and chose one of the stones. There was a great selection. Everyone was really friendly and the whole process was SUPER easy. Having such a terrible experience with the company out of Moorseville, I can say that they're definitely not all created equal. You can trust GWL to do a great job.

Lucino was very patient and worked with us to view all the options and get the perfect cut for our countertops. Very professional from the sale, to measuring the countertops, to installation. Very reasonable and easy to work with. The countertops look amazing and pictures cannot do them justice.
