DR. FURR IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR but trying to get an appointment with her is a task.The receptionists that take your call , after being on hold anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, tells you that someone will call you back. THEY NEVER DO. ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. Why have a primary physician if you cannot get to see her when you get sick? There is a lack of communication somewhere at that location. Cornerstone has given me the impression that they do not care about their patients anymore.
After talking to Sherry(Triage Nurse) I have changed my mind and frustrations about my review.
