  We had the pleasure of working with Ariel at Acorn & Oak and she has been SO amazing to work with as we were looking for a property to rent. She is going above and beyond when it comes to communication and confirming everything is going well. Ariel is very knowledgeable and confident about all the properties she manages. She made the entire move-in process seamless for us. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a home to rent in the local area. My fiancé and I are very grateful for her help!

  I lived in a property managed by Acorn+Oak for two and a half years. I had a pleasant experience during my stay. My point of contact was Liz who was very friendly, responded quickly to my emails, and took prompt care of following up on the maintenance requests.

  I've had three showings and rented one of them for about half a year, and all have been great. Kelsey Long, who showed me two separate properties, was kind and patient, and Lisa Reitzes, who showed and managed another property I had stayed, was great as well. I moved out only because I wished shorter commute. Management reputation was one of factors I considered in my decision, and I'm glad that paid off!

  I have been working with Acorn + Oak as a property manager on several properties for many years. Liz and Jillian have been the absolute best in taking the tough stuff off my hands and making everything easy for me. I don't know what I'd do without them! I would (and have) recommend Acorn + Oak to anyone looking for a property management company.

  We needed to rent our home for a few years to relocate for a new job. Our manager Gina at Acorn and Oak has been a lifesaver!! She's made the listing process so seamless - it seemed like almost too daunting of a task since we're two working parents with small kids and she has been there every step of the way. She's quick to respond, very communicative and so positive! She also found us amazing renters and we feel confident our home is in good hands! Could not recommend her more!
