Peony Asian Bistro

Peony has very good sushi at a reasonable price and is in a great location. The service is fine too.

They don't have draft beer. I don't mind bottles, but I don't want to pay 4 dollars for domestic light beer. The seats are also very close together so it feels like everyone in your row can hear your entire conversation.

I would definitely go back though.

Fabulous!!! I am not sure which was better, the food or the service. My first time here but definitely not my last. Casey was very attentive, the best service I have ever had! If your looking for lunch or dinner I highly recommend Peony Asian Bistro!

I relocated from MA to Durham NC and one of my favorite things I left behind was my favorite Chinese restaurant.
I looked over all Chinese restaurants near me and decided to try the Peony Asian Bistro because it was the closest to my location.It was so delicious! I keep telling the staff that my original plan was to try something different each time but that didn't work out well. Everything is just so good and is reasonably priced! The food is the closest in taste to the meals I had in China and they offer Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines, and also offer Bento Boxes
So far I haven't had one greasy food at Peony Asian Bistro, not even the egg rolls or fried rice!
Speaking of rice, dishes I haven't tried yet are the sushi. There are many types offered but the best of all of them can is all kinds (I think) are buy one,.get one free.
