We have dealt for Carolina Coin on a number of occasions and have been over the top happy with each experience. Our last interaction was a few years ago with Brad and selling a large coin collection. The collection was in our opinion very fairly priced and on one particular coin which was quite valuable (however often modified to add value) Brad offered a very fair solution of sending it for grading. After sending it to be graded they without question paid the better amount.
We too had a few pieces in the collection that were really nothing but junk (think gold plated franklin mint $2 bills...) But we realize each piece has it's own value and sometimes that value is very little.
Great customer service, fair pricing, easy to deal with is how I would describe the entire operation at Carolina Coin.

Carolina Coin & Trading is the best coin and gun store to do business with. They are honest, take time to explain buy/sell prices, don’t play games with customers. Not sure why some other reviews indicate negative comments, but we’ve been to other coin dealers that weren’t as honest and good as Carolina Coin.
