Lionheart Academy of the Triad

I went there to do my passport, they are fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They do all the parts of the passport from application, pictures and money orders for payments. Their pictures were way better then everyone else's because they kind of let you smile . I had them take new pictures because the place I had them done at look like mug shoots. All this while doing their regular post office duties. Especially the super hero with long blond hair I think her name was, is Teresa. Make appointment for passport . Thanks guys great experience.

Had an appointment today for a passport renewal application for my minor son. I live overseas and have three children so I feel like I am always needing to have someone’s passport renewed! And minors always have to be done in-person (no mail-in). I’ve had them issued or renewed in the past at several different locations to include: the Multnomah building in Portland, the US consulate in Frankfurt, Germany and several USPS locations in the Portland and Gresham area. This was our first time having it done at the Boring USPS. We went there largely because they had the soonest appointment available.

I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who we had our appointment with today, because she was great. She was literally the fastest and most efficient agent that we have ever seen… at any location we have ever been to! We were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! And she was super friendly, which is rare in these sort of offices. Highly recommend.

Super helpful for getting my passport. Filled it out online and printed it off. Picture was fast n easy, helped me fill out the check and was overall very pleasant. Helped several others while I was there and was quick and knowledgeable. Plan on coming here instead of the gresham one. Theyre much faster here

The school has brought life back to my son and our family. He’s achieving more than he ever anticipated. His anxiety has decreased, while his self confidence is shining. I see the same magic happened to many of the other children, which brings joy to many families.
