The whole team was very friendly, inviting. It was a very clean, well ordered, modern office where I checked in; the work area looked modern as well with an open layout and very well organized. My vehicle was ready exactly when they told me it would be, they did an excellent job repairing a damaged rear bumper cover/fender like it never happened, my invoice had each small detail of the project and the work completed, and exactly what it cost, matching the estimate that was initially given. I'm very impresses with how this business is run, Josh Alcon is who I dealt with and he is a very friendly, well informed, sharp man that likes to take good care of folks.
I highly recommend coming here. Work was taken care of and done fast. Customer service was also outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the work done..
I had a very good experience here. What impressed me the most was the communication that I received. Every major step completed was detained and sent to me with the next step to be taken. As a customer, that was a plus. The quality of work was amazing and the staff was pleasant. I hope I do not have any reason to come back here, but if I need to, I am bringing back to them.
I had the best experience at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center! From start to finish they handled everything professionally. The customer service is excellent, especially Ashley
in the front office and the Manager Josh. They also keep in contact with you through text messages which saves a lot of time. My car looks amazing! The work and paint job is phenomenal and they have excellent quality control and assurance. I highly recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision Center.
