I recently participated in the "How to Incorporate New Coping Strategies When Your Crisis Tools no Longer Work" workshop via Zoom. During this pandemic, it was a great reminder of how to use strategies to get through this stressful time. I felt free and encouraged to give input and I received immediate feedback from the host. I was charged with coming up with a "Crisis Plan" by first analyzing my own cues and communicating my needs to people I can depend on. The workshop was refreshing and motivated me to take action toward setting up my own therapy. Thank you!
This is truly a group of women who are committed to making sure we all get a win! I love this group, and you will, too, if you get an opportunity to become part of this experience. I have been involved since its beginnings and I have every intention of remaining plugged in to the healing work and the vision we have for the liberation and support of women of color in this region and the world at large!
I have been with this company for about 3 years and I feel so wonderfully helped. Nia Hendrix-Wilson, is by far one of the most helpful, influential, real, and honest therapists i've ever had. She is an absolute joy to talk too. She is very professional with her work and always checks in. She really cares about her clients. She has helped me overcome some major traumatic events, learn tools to cope with my anxiety and depression, and she continues to help me with my goals. Off the top of my head she is definitely my favorite therapist, I have had plenty others, but she really listens. She cares. Shes going to do whatever is needed to help you. I recommend her to anyone who asks for a good therapist.
