VERY sweet lady! She's straight up & honest with you about everything from the get go. Not sure what the other review is about & why so negative. Never had any problems with Meletis Properties. Very caring & prompt to resolve any issues that arrise. Would of given 10 stars of that had been an option. Would recommend them to anyone!
