Recently sold our home with Eric Maynard of Besecker & Maynard. From initial presentation to closing was a great experience. We were new to the selling process and he helped us every step of the way! I highly recommend Eric and team. After going under contract to purchase a house in PA on Saturday July 2. We were now under pressure to get our house in Davidson on the market and sold asap. I did research on highly rated real estate agents and target Eric, calling him on Sunday July 3rd a holiday weekend! Eric worked with me giving up hours that day and through the week to prepare for an open house in less then a week. The team did a great job, photos, video, drone footage all arranged and executed within days of initial contact. As soon as the photos etc loaded of our house (which was only 5 days after my initial call to Eric) we had many, many interested parties signed up for first viewing which was an open house, and within just over an hour of photos loading we had an offer and went under contract that day!

The Besecker Team did an amazing job with the sale of our home and the purchase of property to build our new home. Monica also negotiated a rental agreement with our buyer that allowed us to rent our house back until our new home was completed. All this work was successfully completed and a very seamless process to get us to the attorneys office for closing. Our home was sold prior to the boom in the market today , however we were able to sell our home at the highest price in our subdivision history for a home with a lake view.
