Sterner Physical Therapy

Javin is an excellent physical therapist. He is knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing the muscular/skeletal problem and utilizing needling therapy and other PT techniques to stimulate healing. He explains his diagnosis and involves the patient in the treatment process. He is purposeful in his treatment sessions. Javin's PT sessions alleviated my back pain, and his prescribed daily exercise regimen has helped prevent further episodes. I highly recommend Javin for anyone needing PT.

Javin is a physical therapist unlike any other I've ever encountered. He is a true master of his craft. I went to him after my knees buckled and I almost fell down a flight of stairs while holding my grand baby in my arms. It was one of the scariest moments of my life and one that I would do anything to ever from happening again. Javin gave me my mobility back. I can run after my grand babies and crawl with them into those little tiny places kids like to hide in. Yes, I highly admired his talent and highly recommend Sterner Physical Therapy.

After many steroid injections to alleviate sciatica, I was referred to Sterner. Being in constant pain and unable to sleep, I was ready to try another approach. Javin developed a game plan consistently of a series of dry needle injections coupled with exercises. I was skeptical at first but after a few sessions my sciatica began to wane. Finally a good night's rest! I highly recommend Javin. His approach works and he cares!

Javin Sterner was recommended to me by several people to do dry needling to help with my neck pain. He was excellent!
