  These folks came through for me with a custom glass piece when no one else I contacted could. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they handled things exceptionally well, were very professional, and polite. They truly went above and beyond to make my customer experience above average. Even though my business was for a relatively small dollar amount, I felt like a valued customer. A rare find in a business these days.

  Not only is this a family owned business, but they extend that and make you feel like family every time you are there. Matt is so kind, as well as the rest of the staff. You can see the dedication and hard work they put forth in everything they do to give you the best experience and overall quality. I needed glass for a frame and it was ready in less than 5 minutes, cut right in house. I’m excited to do more business with them in the near future!

  I LOVE my new windows and Skeet Ham is such an asset to Statesville Glass. I'm sure you hear this all the time but I have to say that after 30 plus years of sales and management in the broadcast industry, excellence stands out to me. Especially in a world where mediocrity seems the norm anymore. I am so happy that I chose Statesville Glass. I researched so many companies and decided that local was the right thing to do.
