They know their market extremely well, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, their follow-through is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about them. Phil and Kady kept us informed every step of the way. They were always available to answer our question/concerns and checked in with us often.
Kady was our closing agent and she is amazing. She remained the calm voice of reason when I was not.
