  Neetu is one of the best realtors you could ever have. She was there for me from the beginning to the end. What I liked about her is that she's not about pushing you on something if she don't have a good feeling about it she will let you know and trust me she will get you into something you will absolutely love please believe me. To sum it up Neetu is the bomb!!!

  I would highly recommend Neetu for your real estate needs. My husband and I had little knowledge in the home buying process and she was very patient and walked us through every step of the way. Neetu was very upfront about making suggestions and very honest. We trusted her fully to lead us in the right direction. We ended up getting the home of our dreams and even in the demanding market, we ended up paying less than asking price. When we saw the home, my husband and I was was willing to put in an offer for asking price but she suggested we go lower and we got the offer. On top of that, she negotiated and we got almost everything we asked for. We couldn't be happier !

  It's like having your own home buying concierge! We are new to the home buying process, but that really didn't matter because Neetu took care of everything for us. All we did was pick some neighborhoods and some houses and Neetu literally did everything else. Making the home buying process effortless is important, but what was most important is that we found the perfect neighborhood and perfect home for us, and then she negotiated for thousands less than the asking price. The results speak for themselves. I will use Neetu again if I ever buy another property.
