By far the best store I ever could have walked into. We are very picky and must have sturdy, good quality, and the safest furniture for our little girl that is coming soon. Paul (the store owner) is truly amazing and has been beyond helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed for a great price. We have been everywhere looking at cribs and baby furniture and we were not even planning on buying today but just Paul’s wealth of knowledge, understanding of what we were looking for, and just the amount of help he gave us in providing us with our dream room for our little one is just unmatched! Thanks Paul! We will definitely be back for more. We wish we could buy everything from him!
We had a great experience at Cozy Kids Furniture. We did not feel like they were trying to oversell us on anything, and actually recommended a cheaper product that I was originally looking at due to the small difference in the actual product. We had a personal touch by Helen, but she did not hover over us as we looked through the store for what we wanted. This was our second stop when looking for furniture for our new nursery, and knew immediately that we were going to leave this place happy.
The quality of furniture here is top notch. We purchased a crib and dresser from Cozy Kids. Make sure you talk to Paul Walker. Paul is super nice and knowledgeable! He was willing to work with us a little on price to match our budget. We will definitely be going back for any kid furniture needs. They are locally operated and owned.
My husband and I were beyond impressed with the level of customer service we experienced at Cozy Kids. We had a great time picking out the furniture and both the owner and employee were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was the same you’d expect in a big box retail store but the item quality was far exceptional at Cozy Kids. When we experienced an issue with the manufacturer not including the hardware in the box, Paul the owner was right on top of it in touch with them and having them send us the parts right away. At one point during the process, he even offered to deliver the hardware to our house which is next level customer service. Being an excellent business owner is defined by how you handle the unforeseen hiccups and Paul truly took care of us from start to finish. It was so refreshing. We are so in love with both our beautiful crib and comfortable glider. We’ll be returning customers for sure as we grow our family.
We purchased our nursery glider today and had a great experience! After having no luck at buy buy Baby, Pottery Barn, or Target, I came across this local store and I’m so glad we checked it out. They have a beautiful selection of baby and kid furniture for very reasonable prices. Our experience was quick but personal and we are so happy with the glider we chose!
