  Just wanted to Thank George in the Service Dept and the Mechanic that Replaced my Water pump on our MotorHome on 8/6/2018 Made it back Home 600 miles. Great Job.

  Very professional and knowledgeable place for your diesel generator service or repair. They found my issue and had it fixed in a very reasonable time period. Very happy with the service I received there.

  Well I would like to comment on how their service is but I can't make an appointment because they refuse to call back. I did get to talk to a service person by the name of Andrew on my first phone call and he said he would call me back with a date and time but he never did. I have tried since on five different occasions since my initial call 10 days ago and have left general messages and talked to another person who said they would give Andrew a message but no phone call back. It must be nice to be so busy that you don't need to worry about customer service..... I am surprise that a company the size of Cummins would allow this to happen.

  12/26/17 Cummins rep called me back and I scheduled service for today. Everything went well and I am revising my review to four stars. Didn't get fixed what I wanted but they did all they could do and couldn't find anything wrong. Thanks to the guys in the service department and especially to George who was very helpful!!
