  I sent out my vehicle 2018 Silverado, Andrew Kilby made sure everything was squared away, gave me excellent service, made sure everything on my car was up to date. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you for taking the time to go into to detail. High recommend this place!

  We lost our van in a collision with a deer two weeks ago. It was the first big car collision I'd been in, gratefully. But I have never been through this process before. Andrew from Caliber did the most amazing job walking me through the process, explaining the damage, and helping me get comfortable with everything that was going on. When the car was declared a total loss, he went through the car with me, helping me find things stuck in nooks and crannies, giving advice on next steps, etc. He went far above and beyond anything I could have expected. I hope never to be in a non-drive wreck again, but if I am, there's no where else I would even think about having my car taken than here. Amazing job!

  My accident was a nightmare. But Andrew and Dave made my experience effortless. Though my car was a total lost, they were still very gracious and understanding. By guiding me to the next step with my insurance and helping me with retrieving my personal belongings. I will be sure to call when I need them again and refer them in the future.

  Both Ellie at the Indian Trail location and Andrew from the Uptown location were amazing. Ellie provided great customer service and even had the car delivered to me! Andrew updated me consistently and was a pleasure to work with. And the car looks and runs great! Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it into a wonderful experience!

  We had great service here. Everyone was nice and they fix everything on my car. They give us a details about what was wrong before. :)
