  My first visit to this shop was back in February 2017 when my 2004 Chevy Tahoe was having some major engine problems. After hours of working on it - Luis and the team basically bought the vehicle back to life. Since then I've taken the Tahoe back to them for some air conditioning service when it went out and I've had them do all of my oil changes. These Guys diagnose and do great work and will see a problem through until it's resolved. I trust their repair judgement and will absolutely recommend them to others!

  First off, I would like to say the staff went above and beyond my expectations. They put time and effort into helping me choose the right tires for my truck and performing the tire alignment. It’s very rare that you find a place like Belhaven Tire that sets a high standard. The mechanic staff was very knowledgeable, not like the cheesy dealerships that try to get you to fix what doesn’t need fixing. A great family business. Thanks again for everything. If you’re looking for great prices and a knowledgeable, honest mechanic staff, Belhaven Tire is the one for the job.

  Fair price and great service! My college-aged daughter's battery was failing. After getting quotes from AAA and looking at what she would pay at an auto parts store and installing it herself, she went to Belhaven where she got a great battery for a very competitive price, and fast same-day service to boot. Thank you Belhaven!

  What matters to me...
  
  I will say we are pleased with the service we receive from Belhaven Tire & Auto Center. As a fleet manager I’ve outsourced the maintenance on our vehicles for 15 years. I’ve tried every Fleet service company in Charlotte from mom and pop to large chain stores. Until now all have failed to provide the trust, service and experience needed to keep my vehicles out of the shop and on the road. If you’re at Belhaven Tire & Auto Center for a quick oil change for the family wagon or your fleet vehicle will not run, David and Luis understand the importance of getting the vehicle in the bay, diagnosed, repaired and or serviced with as little downtime needed without compromising quality.
  
  What matters most to me....
  
  Quality work and quick turn-around time is very important for everybody, whether you’re a fleet manager or a family depending on a single vehicle to get to work or school. I believe what matters most is trust. I go into Belhaven Tire & Auto Center trusting David and Luis will be honest when it comes to the repair. I trust they will not sell me a filter I don’t need or a brake job not necessary . When Luis explains the cause of the problem and the solution to correct it, I trust what he says.

  Belhaven Tire & Auto Center is an outstanding auto establishment. My experience there was simply the best that I've had in an auto shop in many years. They're honest, trustworthy, courteous & know they're business. I would definitely recommend if you are traveling within NC or live there or just passing through & have any trouble with your vehicle go to Belhaven Tire & Auto to get it taken care of. You won't be disappointed. I give them TWO THUMBS UP & FIVE STARS.
