I visit the office of Dr. Gilmore for the first time in the month of April 2022. It was a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It was delightful to see, hear, and experience the knowledge of such wisdom Dr. Gilmore shared with me. She was very professional, her kindness and compassion was heartfelt.
